    ✔ After 2 working days, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or claims under any circumstances.

    3. Eligibility for Replacement/Exchange

    A replacement or exchange is offered if:
    ✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    If a replacement is unavailable (out of stock), a refund will be issued.

    4. Required Proof for Claims

    To process an exchange or refund request, you must provide:
    ✔ A clear unboxing video showing the issue (continuous, unedited footage).
     Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
     Your order details.
